CoM supports full expression (Freedom/Liberty) above very limited confines of government/institution/organization.
Members under CoM must support/serve CoMs primary Purpose; failure to support/serve CoMs primary Purpose will result in disciplinary action relative to degree of offense.
Members under CoM must abide by the CoM Ethos and Code of Conduct; failure to support/serve CoMs primary Purpose will result in disciplinary action relative to degree of offense.
All components of CoM structure must support/serve the primary Purpose. Tactical, Operational and Strategic functions must align with the PMV.
Emphasis will be made to achieve peak efficiency, flexibility (maneuverability/adjustability), simplicity while reaching maximum Power.
